Ilvie Prince, M.A.

Ilvie Prince is a philosopher of science with a strong interest in the intersection of ethics and epistemology in medicine. In 2021, she received her Master's degree in Philosophy of Science from the University of Hannover and joined the DFG Research Training Group 2073 "Integrating Ethics and Epistemology of Scientific Research" in Hannover as doctoral candidate in October 2021.

Ilvie Prince is mainly concerned with science and the provision of contraceptives. Regarding trust in science, Ilvie addresses how patient trust can be affected by ethical and epistemic decisions in science, and how science responds to the loss of trust.
