Isaac Record is a Professor of Teaching in Science and Society at Lyman Briggs College, Michigan State University, where he directs the Collaborative Experiential Learning Laboratory. His research seeks to situate our epistemic and ethical circumstances within a network of values, capabilities, and material and social technologies. Isaac holds a PhD from the Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology at the University of Toronto.
Contribution to SOCRATES
Isaac is interested in the epistemology of technology. He is planning to finish revising a book he is co-writing with Boaz Miller on the epistemology of digital media.
